Here is a clip of what my idea is fully based around. The idea is from Teammates 2.0 but I’m going to adapt it to be about the class and the different people in the class. I am going to interview Charlie and Troy separately in the Photography Room and ask them each 4 questions about the class.
I have my questions planned out for both Charlie and Troy, but only some of the questions as I want an element of scripting to the film but also an element of documentary.
I will first ask Charlie. Who’s the best at Uno. He will give his answer about who he thinks is the best and the film will cut to a scene of the person he said winning a game of Uno and playing with the cards.
My next question is who he thinks is the weirdest. I have decided to use his answer from my test shot where he said that Rory is the weirdest, only I will re-film it with better lighting and sound as I did not do this in the test shot. I will cut to a shot of Rory all of the sudden sprinting out the class and down the hallway to stop and drink a cup of water, this will play as Charlie explains this.
My third question to Charlie will be who the worst dressed is. He will give his answer and there will be a shot of him looking at the person he said and putting on a disgusted expression and looking the person up and down.
The next scene will be Troy’s interview.
My first question for him will be who he thinks is the loudest in class. This answer has been pre-planned to say Charlie. I will cut to a clip of Charlie loading up music on his laptop and blasting music and have some members of the class giving him dirty looks.
My second question for Troy who prioritises having a chair with wheels the most. Troy will give his answer about Charlotte prioritising the chair the most. There will be a scene including Michaela. She will come in the class and notice that her chair doesn’t have wheels, she will then go for Charlotte’s chair as it has wheels and she thinks Charlotte isn’t there. However, Charlotte is standing right there witnessing the whole thing, they then begin to tussle over the chair with Charlotte eventually winning a claiming the chair.
My third question for Troy is who has the worst late record. The scene will cut to Charlie coming in late and Fay pointing to the late book and Charlie having to sign it, while looking tired and out of breath as he will have had to rush in.
My last question for Troy is who is the most annoying. He will give his answer about Freya being the most annoying. The scene shown will be continuous shots of Freya showing Troy various videos that she finds funny, with Troy becoming increasingly annoyed each time.
The end credit sequence will play out to end the film.
