Idea I didn’t use

There was one extra idea for Troy where I was going to have him answer the question “who is the most annoying” he was going to answer that it was Freya because she’s always trying to show clips on Instagram that she finds funny and I was going to have a shot of her constantly nagging him to try and watch one of the videos because she finds it hysterical.

While this would’ve been a great idea, there were a number of reasons but I didn’t do it. One, was to keep the length of the film down to around six minutes because I didn’t want it to drag on and bore the audience, even though it would’ve been funny.

Two, I’ve realised in the past it is extremely difficult to film a screen because the camera tries to focus on the screen and as a result, the surrounding area becomes very dark and sometimes it jumps in between which would not look good at all.

And three, the Instagram videos wouldn’t really work because you would need to hear the sound but since I have no audio on the cutaways the audience wouldn’t understand why the videos are funny and this would essentially waste them.
