Backgrounds of Interview

We had a session where we had to watch each other’s films. Annabelle suggested something quite interesting that I actually had in mind while making the film.

With Troy’s interview, he is sitting in front of a black background this made this interview look very professional which is a reflection of how the interview went.

Well there was still plenty of jokes and light-hearted humour, there were no swear words. I thought about telling Troy to not go overboard with the unprofessionalism and still to crack jokes but not to be to rash, but I felt like it would give my film a fabricated feel and it wouldn’t seem like Troy’s genuine character. But luckily I didn’t have to and he acted how I wanted him to.

Charlie on the other hand, I knew to go well over the top and potentially swear, so I had him in front of a slightly more relaxed background.

Even though I didn’t fully choose where to do Charlie’s as I had to reshoot, I still managed to have a relaxed background behind us.
